Control the Flow, Control the Site
When drilling with a casing system, debris and cuttings return through the center of the casing, between the casing's inner diameter (ID) and the drill rod. To ensure a safe working environment and maintain a clean site, it is essential to redirect this return flow. A diverter box is used to guide the debris away from the casing opening and safely out of the way. This helps prevent hazards around the drill site and improves operational efficiency. GeoRocFor offers two types of diverter heads, tailored to meet different drilling needs and site conditions.

Diverter Box
You need to unscrew the top seal, slip the diverter over the drill tube to reach the casing, then the lower collar needs to be bolt-on the casing.
The diverter is attached to the rotation head with two air cylinders, and is operated by a pneumatic remote control valve situated on the control panel.
