Les boutons en carbure de tungst\u00e8ne sont ins\u00e9r\u00e9s sous pression dans des trous pr\u00e9-perc\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface du taillant. Le motif et le nombre de boutons sont soigneusement calcul\u00e9s pour optimiser la vitesse de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration et la dur\u00e9e de vie de l’outil.<\/p>\r\n

Traitement thermique<\/p>\r\n

L’ensemble du taillant subit un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de traitement thermique afin d’am\u00e9liorer ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques.
